1. Applicability of the GTC
All services offered by Joerg Jungwirth related to «Innere-Reisen.com» are subject to these GTC.
All content supplied by Joerg Jungwirth «Innere-Reisen.com» exclusively serves the purpose of information with no legal responsibility resulting. It is taken as a given, that the recipient uses it responsibly.
2. Preclusion of treatment or therapy
The services of Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» are to be understood and used solely before the background of wellness, self-exploration and continuing education - that is outside the sphere of medical or therapeutic treatment. For medical, healing or psychological diagnosis, services or treatment or if you suffer from physical/mental diseases that need professional care please contact a doctor or therapist you feel to be trustworthy.
The services, information and trainings offered here do NOT substitute for a medical or psychological counseling.
3. Exclusion of liability & emphasis on self-responsibility
Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» provides services - in german and english - exclusively
for adult individuals or minors with permission by their parents or legal guardian that are taking full responsibility for their actions independent of their health, age or gender.
Therefore taking part in an Inner Journey or using a services by Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» does not in any way lessen the participants responsibility for her/his action, not before, in the session or after it.
4. Contract formation and terms
All offers Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» presents are non-binding. There are no guarantees for the outcomes of any of the services possible.
A contract comes into existence only after the client/customer books a certain service AND the confirmation by Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» via email, mail or an acknowledgement of a session-date via SMS. All offers are directed only at individuals that take full responsibilty for their actions. With any contract coming into being the participant automatically declares his/her accordance with these GTC and the responsibility for his/her actions or those of the partaking minor. Further the participant or her/his legal guardian exempts Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» from any liability outside of cases that are covered by penal law. Visits in locations rented or used for the respecting services are at one's own risk and responsibility.
5. Mode of payment
All services have to be prepaid. You can either pay in cash or by bank transfer to an account that you will be informed about upon your booking. Please note the received invoice number in the reference-field of your bank transfer otherwise fill in your name, postal code and the name of the service booked.
6. Cancellation regulations
Any service booked may be cancelled within 14 days if by either party without any specific reason and full refund. Latest term for cancellation of session or appointment in Berlin is 14 days beforehand, outside of Berlin it is 31 days beforehand.
If this deadline is exceeded, set appointments are not attended or aborted the fee for the service booked is due in full extent.
7. Postponement
Postponement of sessions in the city of Berlin from the side of the customer is possible once for each appointment and 7 days in advance without any deduction of the price paid. If this deadline is exceeded or postponement is necessary more than once the fee for the service booked is due in full. Goodwill on the side of Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» is advised but not binding. Postponement from the side of the customer outside of the city of Berlin is principally not possible.
Postponement from the side of Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» are possible at any time and hereby and with the coming into being of a respective contract sanctioned by the customer. If no alternative date for the session can be found, any money paid will be refunded. Further costs for the client, that may have occurred to that point are not refunded. Fair dealing is advised for both parties involved.
8. Privacy policy
Any personal and/or business-related data transmitted to Joerg Jungwirth «Innere Reisen.com» will be used only to support contract fulfilment and is handled strictly confidential. With your written permission anonymised (all personal aspects removed) reports of the sessions can be used for research and information purposes.
9. Closing provisions
Should one or more of these GTCs' clauses be fully or partially invalid, all other regulations and the GTC as a whole stay in effect. The invalid clauses are replaced by phrases that most appropriately suit the economic purpose of the respective paragraph.
All services and legal action whatsoever is subject to german jurisdiction. The competent court of jurisdiction is in Berlin.
